Yes! Our entire facility is gluten free and vegan. We only use 100% botanically derived ingredients.
Many of our herbs are certified Earth kosher. Please keep in mind, though, that a lot of our herbs are very rare and wildcrafted in the rainforest, and certifications don’t really apply in these cases. Do know that we follow strict guidelines on sustainability and sourcing, ensuring our products are purely botanical with no added fillers of any kind.
No! The vegetable glycerin within our elixirs and tonics is naturally very sweet, which explains the sweetness you might be tasting. The only “sweetener” that we use is actual Stevia leaf, which can be found in our Dream Tea.
We use kosher and organic food grade vegetable glycerin made from sunflower, flax and coconut oil. We never use the biodiesel bi-product (which most companies use because it’s unfortunately the cheapest).
We use GMO-free, organic and biodynamically farmed cane spirits distilled in Oregon. We love cane as it’s gluten free and a lot more sustainable to farm than the other sources for classic spirits.
We always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner about the use of herbs during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some products that can be great allies during this time are: Reishi, our Adaptogenic Immortality powder, Moringa, and Turmeric. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner about the use of herbal medicine while on prescription medication for serious conditions. While some herbal medicine is deemed safe, some can cause contraindications.
The general rule of thumb is 2 weeks of consistent use at the recommended dosage, but this depends on many factors: your body’s history, diet, mindset, the actual plant(s) you’re taking, and beyond. Know that although you might “not feel anything” right away, your body is generating an adaptation and response to it. Give it time, sometimes effects might take longer to perceive, while others might come instantaneously.

Yes, orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. All order cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping
We offer free shipping for US domestic orders over $75.*
During promotions, free shipping is not included unless advertised as such.

Our team fulfills orders as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received. Typically, fulfillment time takes 1-3 business days (M-F) from when the order is placed, depending on order volume and product availability. During peak holiday season, you can expect this to be more like 5-7 business days.
In most cases, you should be able to reschedule a delivery on the courier’s website; or, they might be holding the package for you at a pickup location or post office. If a package is not delivered or picked up within a certain time frame, it will be shipped back to us eventually. At that point, we can either re-ship it to you at an additional shipping cost, or we can refund the products (shipping is not refundable).
Once a shipment has left our facility we do not have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. Please keep in mind that orders typically ship out 1-3 business days after the order has been placed, and shipping time is calculated after fulfillment time.

For all orders over $350, a signature confirmation is required for delivery. If you would like to waive the signature requirement from your order, you will need to sign a waiver accepting full responsibility of the package in the event that it is lost or stolen. You can request the waiver in the Notes section of your Shopping Cart or by emailing us at contact@pachamamaherbal.com
If your order is returned to us for any reason, we can either re-ship it for an additional re-shipping cost, or we can refund the cost of the products purchased. Shipping is non-refundable.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide! We offer USPS Priority International, DHL, UPS or FedEx. We recommend UPS or FedEx as they tend to be the fastest and safest options worldwide.
We don’t, unfortunately. We do like to encourage checking with our stockists as a way to potentially help keep shipping costs and customs fees to a minimum.
Most of the time they are, and it varies depending on the country. We do not assume these taxes, and they have to be accounted for by the receiver. Samples and gifts do not get taxed, but regular purchases are taxed. We do our best to accommodate the description to facilitate lower taxation, but each country varies.

Unfortunately, we cannot foresee any issues that might arise with customs while shipping abroad. Most likely your package will be held by customs until it has gone through inspection. Please allow for extra shipping time (1-2 weeks) due to this reason.

If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt; if it’s past the 15th day we will charge a restocking fee of 15% from the total order.
For international orders that are returned to us, we will be happy to issue a refund on the products that were purchased. Shipping is non-refundable.

Due to varying customs regulations and other factors, we are not able to ship to some countries. However, something you can do is try reaching out to one of our stockists on our Store Locator that might be able to ship to your location, or reach out to one of our distributors Raw Living, Unlimited Health, or Superfoods-And-More Wholesale.

Returns
If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
