- Storage: Keep in sealed. Store in a cool dry place, out of sunlight.
- Take 1-8g daily in filtered water, juice or smoothie. Or take it as directed by your healthcare practitioner, Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Start low and build up as desired, a typical amount is 3-4g.
- It is best for everyone to start with a small dose, like 500mg, and consecutively work your way up, to your desired dosage.
- You can move up in increments of 500mg daily, each day or every few days, so your body can adapt.

Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup of raw cashews.
- ½ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut.
- ½ cup of pitted dates.
- 2 tablespoons of Ancient Purity Hemp Seeds.
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Ancient Purity Spirulina & Chlorella Powder.
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Preparation:
- Add cashews, shredded coconut and pitted dates to a food processor. Blitz until you have the consistency of wet sand.
- Add Ancient Purity Hemp Seeds, Ancient Purity Chlorella & Spirulina Powder and lemon juice and blend again, until well combined.
- The consistency should be crumbly but moist and should stick together when pressed between fingers.
- If too dry and not sticky enough, feel free to add a tablespoon of filtered water.
- Line a small square or rectangular container.
- Transfer the crumbly mixture to the container and firmly press it into the bottom, trying to make the surface as even as possible.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or place in the freezer for 30 minutes). After that time cut into bar shapes and enjoy!
- Store leftover bars in the fridge for up to 5 days.
