1. Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:- Opened or used health supplements, vitamins, or herbal products.
- Products purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:- Contact us at contact@pachamamaherbal.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions.
- Once your return is approved, send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.5. Exchanges

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
